Scan shows folicle size F1 18.7x12.2 F2 13.5x13.3 on day 9 and F1 19.7x12.1 F2 15.2x12.1. is there any issue with the growth and when to expect ovulation, also doctor wrote HauL on the comment section what does it mean.

It's ok. But only one report is not sufficient. You need to have serial scan every 2-3 days until it ruptures.
