Follicle growth
What if the follicle doesn't grow in a menstrual cycle.? Is it necessary to have dominant follicle in every cycle.my thyroid,fsh, prolactin all are normal.even the HSG result came out normal.husband's semen analysis is also normal.THis cycle the follicle stopped growing at 11mm x 12 mm on 18 th day.no enlargement after that.can I conceive it's stressing me alot

Relax. Dominant Follicle is mandatory for pregnancy. If follicle doesn't grow we can give medicines for it's growth.
