Follicular hyper keratosis- pcod

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have pcod and suffering from hirsutism on face . I have a skin problem (on hands) and was diagnosed with follicular hyper keratosis on hands ( fore arms) . I just wanted to know if this skin condition is due to the pcod that I have. Attached the photo of my fore arm. Also, please confirm if the diagnosis is correct
