My 18th day follicle size was 49×33mm.My doctor said it will not rupture . Why is that it won't rupture? And when will the ovulation occur. Does the egg quality matters?

49x33 mm is a cyst. It ll not rupture and even if it ruptures it ll not contain oocytes.
Next Steps
visit ur fertility specialist on second or third day of ur cycle. undergo folliculography. ideal time to get trigger s wen the follicle s between 18 to 22 mm.
