Dear Dr. My daughter age 3.5years. Whenever she had fish, vomiting for 3-5times. Today we tried for third time repeated same thing. Is it kind of food allergy? Or something else? Please suggest

Avoid giving her fish for few months
Give her
Sy geriforte by Himalaya
4 ml Twice a day for 3 to 6 mths
It will improve her immunity
After 3 mths, try for fish
