Foot joint pain
When I sit for long time or after sleep there is mild pain in left leg foot joint when walking and twisting it. It stays for some time and going away. This is happening from last 1 month. Also my strength is poor and any joint I move sounds are coming. These sounds are coming most of the times. My vit b12 is low which is 150. I am taking supplements from 2 months but no improvement yet. Body pains are also there. Poor muscle strength. What this could be

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However  I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. If it is heel pain them it can be plantar fascitis. Arthritis at your age is very uncommon unless posttraumatic. Get an x-ray and speak to a orthopaedician
