I am having foot pain along elbow . I change the shoes but still cramps after getting up from bed. no ointment helps

IS IT FOOT PAIN WITH ANKLE OR ELBOW

IT MAY BE DUE TO SPRAINOR SOME HAIR LINE FRACTURE.
ADVISE:-
X--RAY FOOT AP/LAT VIEW DIGITAL.
TILL THAN TABLET TRAMADOL PLUS HALF TWO-TIME A DAY OR AS REQUIRED.
WEAR A ANKLET WHEN YOU'RE WORKING, AT THE TIME OF REST OPEN IT.
PUT THE LEG OVER TWOOR THREE PILLOWS.
