Foot pain walking running
Hello doctor . . she gets severe pain in her foot . its been there for nearly 2 months .we consulted orthopaedic near my house .he suggested few exercises but that does not seem to reduce her pain . please help

Please don't go straight away with exercises, first of all go for Physiotherapy treatment for reducing pain, then go for exercises as advised by Physiotherapist.

Firstly avoid exercises and walk do physiotherapy treatment for release strains. Tens therapy best for u After relief do gently calf stretching . Avoid long standing. Physiotherapy treatment for 7 days. It will cure.

Generally athletes get ligament tear, in common words sprain due to excessive rotational force which will cause pain if not healed properly...if any injuries please mention it it would be helpful for us to rule out things...detailed examination and investigations necessary to diagnose and treat the condition properly...I would suggest you to consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful
