Foot rash and cracks in the sole
I’ve had a persistent rash on my feet since childhood, which worsens over time, causing cracks that make walking uncomfortable. Now it is all over the sole of my feet. My mom has it but on the other side of feet. Treatments prescribed by doctors provide temporary relief, but the rash always returns. In 2018, a dermatologist diagnosed it as eczema, while in 2023, another suggested it was early-stage psoriasis. More recently, a doctor mentioned allergic contact dermatitis or atopic dermatitis (I’m unsure which). Could you help confirm the diagnosis and suggest a treatment plan? Also, what are the possible triggers, and how can I prevent flare-ups? I am a 29 year old female
