Respected Dr,My mom has developed suddenly something on foot, it's painful , she is diabetic since 27 years, I have attached a photo. Pls if u could advise

That's diabetic foot. U need to personally visit a foot surgeon for the same. And also consult a diabetologist to prevent it from recurring
