For arthritis
Hello dr , is it fine to take asthiposhak tablets ? I have arthritis..very little ..back pains center. Orthopaedic advised only calcium tablets which  I can't take as they give me bloating. Will this asthiposhak tablets be good enough? I m thin 35 kgs weight. Thanks.neerja

dr neha gupta BAMD MD .It's gud medicine but only this medicine is not enough for arthritis.  In ayurveda there are very good treatment for arthritis so don't waste time consult with ayurveda physician for better treatment Dr neha gupta BAMD MD

Hey there Dr Nitin kumar here MD,BAMS,PGDEMS,DIHM,CCPT what kind of arthritis you have ? If you have morning stiffness take take 1-Simhanada guggulu 3-0-3 bd/after food 2-Vata gajankush rasa 2-0-2 bd af 3-Rasana Erandadi kashya 40ml-0-40 ml with 1 glass of water twice 4- Gandharv hastadi tail with 1/2 cup of hot milk twice in a week at night 1 hrs after food -it will help in your bloating and constipation as it will break kapha vibhanda If you don’t have stiffness @ morning u can replace simhanada guggulu with Maha yogaraja guggulu 4-0-4 bd after Rasanad saptaka kashya instead of rasanad eranadadi kashya
