Hello! I'm your healthcare provider. I understand that you are experiencing lower back pain and difficulty bending forward. This can be a very uncomfortable and debilitating condition, and it is important to determine the underlying cause of your pain in order to receive appropriate treatment. Based on your symptoms, it is possible that you may have a muscle strain or sprain. This can occur due to overuse, poor posture, or sudden movements. In this case, rest, ice, and over-the-counter pain relievers such as Zerodol SP or Zerodol MR may be helpful in relieving your symptoms. However, it is important to seek medical attention if your pain persists or worsens. I would recommend scheduling an appointment with me as soon as possible. During your appointment, I will discuss everything in detail and may recommend imaging tests such as X-rays or MRI to help diagnose the underlying cause of your pain. In addition to pain relievers, I may recommend physical therapy, stretching exercises, or other treatments to help relieve your pain and improve your mobility. I may also recommend lifestyle changes such as improving your posture or losing weight to help prevent future episodes of lower back pain. It is important to follow my advice and not to self-diagnose or self-treat your condition. If you have any concerns or questions about your lower back pain, please do not hesitate to ask me. I am here to help you and provide you with the best possible care.
