If you are seeing fine with your glasses and do not have any eye strain while working on system this power would be appropriate for you. In case of eye strain you can undergo a cycloplegic refraction with a complete eye check up with an ophthalmologist. I always recommend a cycloplegic refraction for my patients.

Based on your age,it's better you undergo cycloplegic refraction and fundus evaluation before taking glasses. If you are using screens(mobile,Tv,laptop)for more than 3-4 hrs a day, need to reduce it as much as possible.
