For prostate
I have bph. I have been talking tamsulosin from last 3 month but now it is not working. I also tried silodosin then alfuzosin no medicines are working and my unire flow has become very low and not able to urinate completely what medicine I should take now?

BPH is uncommon at your age. It might be some other bladder related dysfunction. you require evaluation for bladder function. Better to consult urologist for further management

Get a cystourethroscopy done for further evaluation of urethra. At 25 years of age BPH is rare.There may be some other cause which should be further evaluated. Consult a urologist for clinical examination of prostate also for per rectal examination
