  4. For skin problem. Smoother n fairer?

Is there any medicine in homeopathy for make skin smoother n fairer ? I got black patches on my face around lips, looks like monkey face n dark circles also after delivery and my color complexion is also going dark.  N my hair also damaged very rough n thin hair. My poni is half now. Hairfall problem is also there.
