Forehead is darker than the rest of face

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My forehead is darker than my rest of the face. And it's been almost 2years it's like this. I thought it's tan and tried amidst everything getting facials done regularly, home therapies to get rid of tan but it's not working. Please suggest me as to how I can get rid of this
