FOREHEAD TWITCHING AND TINGLING SENSATIO
Hello respected Doctors
From past 3-4 days I've been experiencing forehead twitching when I go to bed also there's some tingling sensation on my forehead that goes away when I touch my forehead
Also I'm experiencing dizziness or lightheadedness for 1-2 seconds when I stand up and move suddenly after lying down (this happens once a day sometimes)
No headaches no muscle spasms mostly no other symptoms
Please help
