Foremilk and hindmilk
Is if true that there exists two types of milk in breast milk..that is foremilk and hindmilk. If we give more gap during feeding more foremilk will be ther which is watery.

Yes. There is foremilk and hind milk. You need to feed the baby both. Feed for 20-30 min on one side and in 2 hrs frequently.

Yes during each feed the first coming milk is the foremilk which is more watery and helps in relieving thirst of baby.Towards the end of feeding hind milk is produced which is more thick and calorie rich that helps in relieving hunger of baby and weight gain
Next Steps
so always give continuous breastfeeding feeding from one breast for 15-20 min so that the baby gets hindmilk also during each feed and do the same next time with opposite side breastfeeding
