Foreskin / Banjo String/ Frenulum Cut.

Hi docs I was having a beautiful night with my wife on 10 Dec. During the intercourse, I felt a sharp pain in my penis head for a split second. When I took it out, blood was coming out of it from top near the place where the skin connects the head. Blood wasnt flowing out like river but it was coming few drops at a time...kind of like a leaking tap in bathroom dripping drops of blood. I washed off the blood and held the penis. The blood dropping stopped. I passed out twice... Don't know why... May be because of exhaustion or thirst or panic. No sexual activity or masturbation post this. No pain while urinating. Do I need to consult a doctor? If yes then who? Is it normal... The passing out? There is no visible cut now on my skin, its like the wound is healing and whitish skin is coming there. More info: Was not using condom. Vagina was dry.
