Foreskin cuts due to extra stretched

I am facing some problems related to my penis foreskin from few months, I can rolled back my foreskin normally but at the time of masterbating when it comes to bigger in shaped the foreskin cuts one or more by stretched it seems that the foreskin is to tight according to the head..now a days after everytime of masterbating foreskin cuts somewhere and it feel like burning
