Foreskin of the penis is attached
My foreskin of the penis was partially torn many years back and it bleeded at that time. Now still soke of the skin in attached to penis which prevents my penis from complete errection. I tried pulling the skin back when having an erection so it can be torn the same way but it's not coming off. My penis curve and size is affected because of the foreskin keeping my penis stuck at the same place. Please suggest what should be done.
