Hi, I am 35 year old female with a baby of 11 months.
While I have good academic and professional record, since many years I have been experiencing bad memory issues. It's very subtle but I seem to have very low grasp on things I want to remember.
My logical reasoning etc is very strong but when it comes to memorizing things I seem to forget these very very quickly and almost go blank.
Please suggest some mild medicines/OTC supplements etc to help me cope better as it's affecting my IQ level in some manner now.
