Found a lump
I have had a soft lump at the back of my leg right at the top for a few years now. It's not painful it's quite soft but does not move at all under the skin. I don't dare go to see my doctor.

From the sound of what ur saying it could be a lipoma or other subcutaneous tissue swelling .it should not be anything to be scared of , clinic evaluation is must
