Frequent burps
Having frequent burps,  what might be the reason and how should I control with medicine. When it is hungry not feeling it, after lunch or dinner, after dairy and coffee it is happening.

Eat slowly. Avoid peanut, paneer, dairy products. Have frequent small meals. Most of the patients are immensely benefited by these simple measures.

Hiccups after meals is because of irritation of diaphragm. Eat slowly, chew the food properly, may take small sip of water if hiccups occur. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Possibility of GERD GASTRITIS etc have to be ruled out. Discuss in details to reach accurate diagnosis. Don't get confused by collecting incomplete informations.

Take syrup Ulgel 10ml twice daily It might help you to some extent. Do regular physical exercise for 30 mins and never lie on bed immediately after eating your food.
