Frequent chest pain and heaviness
I experience chest pain and heaviness when I am stressed out. I had taked ecg and stress test to check my heart health in early 2017. The results came normal. However, lately this has become has become frequent and I am worried about tbis condition.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Though stress is an emotional disturbance, but due to mind and body interlink, it triggers palpitation, increase in BP, nervousness, sleeplessness etc. Some time body condition like excess heat, menstrual issues, acidity, constipation etc also can trigger stress in mind.
