Frequent comedones
I do have some dandruff for which I am seeking treatment. Comedones keep appearing on my forehead and now it's been a month there's sudden flare up.
I am using Kaya salicylic acid face wash and Kaya non comedogenic moisturiser. I have sensitive and combination skin.
A dermatologist has suggested retino AC gel and acnemoist cream. I haven't used a retinol yet hence the second thoughts on starting the treatment. Please guide me through. Thank you.

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing dandruff... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
