Frequent Mouth Sores
Hello , My friend has been suffering from very frequent mouth sores and isnt able to eat anything post that for 3-4 days. She is taking B complex capsules now and her diet used to include a bit spicy food(though prepared and offered in PG) . Please help suggesting some medicines or things which must be kept in mind so as to alleviate the suffering every time

Hello there. .
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Fol-5 once a day after food for 10 days.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
You can also apply oraways buccal paste over the sores in the mouth.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
