Frequent periods issue
I've been having irregular periods since the last month. I had my periods almost thrice during this month.

If you have been sexually active then do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If not then causes can be medications,fibroid , hormonal imbalance, ovarian cysts , thyroid disorders ,polyp etc.
