Report shows normal analysis , there's no infection ,the trace of albumin is okay.Nocturia is common after the age of 60 . Reasons are many like drinking plenty of water before going to bed , prostate enlargement reducing the bladder capacity or overactive bladder. You could consult with a general physician for clinical examination and further management like referring to the specialist accordingly.

Sir , your father might be having UTI( Urinary tract infection) which is quite common in old age . You need to do Urine culture and sensitivity test (UrineC/S) since it is showing bacteria in your urine . In this test you can get to know which bacteria exactly is present in the urine . So that according to it we can start medication. You can have plenty of water now and consult me after you get your reports or if symptom worsens.
