Relax!!! It is common for every woman. With increasing size of uterus,  there is pressure on urinary bladder and a female can not hold it for long, so she goes to pass urine frequently.
Next Steps
if she has any burning sensation or itching,  then there is something to be taken care of, if not, fine

Nope if its cont for long time then its not normal....because after delivery acc to Ayurveda there is increase of Vata dosha in the abdomen... But is the delivery normal or its LSCS?? During LSCS there might be injury to the bladder or something... Detailed history required before prescribing medicines because she has recent delivery and having a baby...so we have to careful before prescribing medicine...so detailed case history required then definitely we will solve this problem...
