My son has slight discoloration just below gums on front two upper teeth. Doctor has said it may be due to fluoride in water. I use chicco non fluoride toothpaste for him. I am worried it may last permanently for him. Will it go away or any treatment required?

If those are fluoride stains they will stay permanently. If looking good is a priority then dental veneers or laminates can be done.
