Actually in my lower front teeth a thin particle of bhutta goes inside my gums i tried to pull out the particle with tooth pick n needle bt it is not come out now i have pain in my lower front teeth what should i have to do

Hi,
Don't irritate it too much, keep it as if you can't visit a doctor now. Do saline gargles or rinses at the time of sleep.
Visit a dentist in morning and get it removed.
If you will do repeated attempts it can cause inflammation to gums.
So either visit a doc or wait till morning.
