Dear Sir,
We indians have a very big problem of self treatment and self investigation, your dicision for a MRI without consultation was totally illfounded, moreover the person who did it without any prescription is more at fault. Now you will need to spend more money to get what your consultant has asked for. Hope you realize your step and think back and educate others.

Usually full body MRI is a screening MRI of the whole body
It may not include detailed MRI of any particular part of the body
However detailed MRI study can be done after going through the whole body MRI if anything is found abnormal
