My mom recently did an ultrasound of her abdomen for regular whole body check up .I wanted to understand the details in her report.

In my opinion, first the fundus lesion needs to be evaluated carefully. It might be a malignant growth. Please get your mother's CECT abdo+pelvis done. If the CT is not showing any signs of malignancy, then she can safely go ahead with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. But still please be watchful about the Histopathology report of the gall bladder. Few of my elderly patients operated for gall bladder stones had malignant changes on histopath.

There is a suspicion of cancer in the funders region of gallbladder and this ultrasound report.
Next Steps
So you should get CT scan of abdomen to assess the nature of disease in funds of call bladder. Consult to Gastro Cancer surgeon for clinical evaluation.
