Ganglion removed but still get pain
I had ganglion on my right hand wrist and got it punctured  by doctor . But now i get pain in both my wrists i can see just a small bum in both the wrist but i have pain in them. I cant put my weight on them. And i have continued pain on right side of my neck too . Got cervical checked doctor said it isnt the issue. Plus i work out too and its effecting my day to day life .

This forum is mainly to help and guide patients and not to critique previous doctors. If your having persistent pain, get MRI WRIST DONE. It definitely will help to manage your conditions. There are others rare things which give you pain, so an MRI IS USEFUL

Ganglion can be tricky, u need to excise completely to prevent recurrence. Do streching excercise Avoid pressure over wrist Use crepe bandage

Ganglion remains whatever treatment you take so neither surgery nor aspiration is going to help you like the previous doctor has written you can take any pain killer that is all

Ganglion is a part of the joint lining which sometimes projects out. Usually it can be left alone
Next Steps
Take a basic pain killer only if more pain. Avoid strenuous workouts for few days. Can continue ground exercises and walking. Consult a Neurosurgeon if Neck pain is aggravated.

Consume Calcium rich food, multivitamin: Green leafy vegetables, dried grapes, dates etc
