Gangrene who to consult
Hi Doctors,
My father in law is suspected to have Gangrene by skin specialist in his little finger in right foot. He is 66 years old and having diabetes. He is also having plate in his same leg due to an accident 10years ago. We are not sure who to consult for proper diagnosis and treatment or surgery. Can you please suggest weather we should go to plastic surgeon or orthopaedic surgeon?
Also any other helpful advices are welcome from doctors based on the pictures attached.

An orthopedic surgeon will do the needful .You get colour doppler arterial and venous first of lower limb
