Gap between foremost teeth in upper jaw
I am 26 years. I have 3-4mm gap between centre foremost teeth, recently I consult dentist.. he said I can't close gap with natural teeth but I can close it by artificial teeth,with removal foremost 2 teeths and replace with 3 artficial teeths ...but upper and lower jaw teeths may be not in same alignment...so what can I do now...gap close mandat..

Nothing can be said just from description unless some pics are there to define your actual condition. However, in my opinion removal of permanent teeth for reasons cured by you is borderline unethical . just do not visit any dentist. Make sure to consult a specialist.
