Gap between teeth, weak gums
I already had a deep cleaning done 3months back and the dentist dint clean in my lower 3 teeth in the front side. Nw i am finding huge gap between the 2 teeth in the lower. And the dentist told there is 60%bone loss. Should i first clean that 3 teeth or go fr someother treatment?

If there is really 60% of bone loss, and you are interested in saving the lower anterior teeth then it is advisable to consult a periodontist. He may try and go in for some flap surgery with bone regenerative procedure, which might be really helpful.
