Gas and acidity
I m 45yrs old female with a problem of gas and acidity. When I took span-D and Angirex 3 times a day everything Bacame OK. But the problem repeats after few months and if I take these medicines for few days then my problem is relieved. Are these medicines safe? Can I take them whenever this problem happens?

Follow some life style changes : stop tea coffee. Avoid spicy food. Don't eat cabbage / capsicum/ don't drink / eat citrus fruits. It's better to get a upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulcers/ erosions/ presence of H.pylori infection.
Each medicines had few side effects. But these acid blocker medicines had least side effect instead.
