Gastric like syptoms but untreatable
Have been in and out of hospital for 4yrs without relief. Have abdominal spasms, vomiting and heavy sweating every morning. Requires ranatadine or morphine to stop pain. Not pregnant and have checked many times. No infections present in endoscopy but white cell count is always above normal. Eating is difficult without medical marijuana. Seems to help most mornings to relieve symptoms but is illegal in Fiji so need to find a proper fix. Please help me.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
