Ian suffering no appetite since morning I do want to take any food after taking some food no urge to take food,I am taking Aurveda pill for constipation,I feel gas in my stomach all time ,I am now 58 year old male.i have taken pentodac DSR but no use.please advise me.

U should get sonography abdomen. Eat lot of fibres fruits vegetables salads and curd
