Gastric trouble and constipation
My son is 13 years old and is complaining of constipation and gastric trouble. I used to give Bandy syrup til last year. Can I now give him Unienzyme tablet? What is the dosage? How frequently can I give?

Constipation should be treated based on cause..give high fibre diet,adequate water intake, if needed medications...but need proper history and examination before medications...mean while try diet changes...unizyme 1 tab twice daily.. can be given for a week or two....
