Sir I noticed dark coloured stools and got so so so panicked. I immediately rushed to the GI doctor and he advised for stool occult and CBC which was normal . He asked if I have chest or abdomen pain. I said no. Since then onwards I started observing so closely if I'm getting stomach pain or chest pain after eating . And yes I started getting pain. Now I'm so so so scared if I have gastritis or ulcer . I'm scared if doctor will advise for endoscopy. I'm already a sufferer of health anxiety from past 2015 and I'm on desvenlafaxine 50mg since then. Can anxiety cause gastritis? Will it cause bleeding ? I started getting pains only after when doctor asked me about it . :(
