Gastritis problem
Last night I was diagnosed with gastritis...I never had this problem before. So my question is what should I eat and what I should not because my diet has been relly irregular since few months...how long it takes for gastritis to go away because it makes me nauseated at times and weak all the time...please help.

hello der have food at regular intervals have more fruits and green leafy veg avoid spicy food alcohol coffee tea drink more water have food 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.
