There is nothing such big to worry but symptoms and issues you are facing.
I would suggest you to eat only boil food, curd rice. Avoid masala oil and nonveg.
You should go for panchkarma where you will get definetly result s.
Until then take cap cytozen 1 cap every 8 hourly.
Tab gastrolin 2 tablet three times a day.
Syrup livolin 10 ml 8 hourly.
I assure you will get results.

Grade III liver diagnosis.. are you drinking too much or eating oils in food. Change your lifestyle at you are 22 yrs only. Take high protein high fibre low carbohydrates low fat diet. Take warm water to drink. Take omeprazole with levosulpride tan one daily and B12 daily . These tablets you will require for long time .
