Can it be cured with exercise as I am 27 now and go for light jogging and stretching exercises. I am feeling an improvement. I was told that it will stay for life. But I am determined to fight and want to know whether with exercising and maintaining routine can it be cured. I had pain in my buttocks but now it's gone. Back spasms are the only thing that bothers on regular intervals. I had pain in my shoulder joints few months back but again I started light gyming and I can feel strength in thm.
