GCT Reports
Attaching my GCT report.. I am 31weeks pregnant... my doc said it's borderline so no need to do anything.. just walk for 15mins.. and reduce your sugar in take.. Is it something else can I do ? Actually during pregnancy I had loads of white bread and carbs.. it may be because of that because I don't eat sugar much...!!! Please I want to reduce in these 2 months only... can I do that ? Heard there are chances of getting in later stage as well ?

It's marginally high. At 31 weeks of gestation, it is clinically acceptable. You don't have gestational diabetes so chances of occuring later is less.
