General Body Weakness
I have been experiencing generalized body weakness with persistent full-body pain, especially in my back, along with frequent dizziness that sometimes causes me to nearly fall. I also have recurring headaches and ongoing cold-like symptoms. Lately, I feel sluggish, tired, and drowsy most of the time, unable to stay awake or alert for long periods, and my energy and concentration have noticeably decreased. These symptoms have been ongoing and are interfering with my daily activities and overall well-being.

Hello, Considering your age, I would mostly suggest you to maintain a proper diet(veg/non-veg) If you're a gym-going person, It could have been due to over-exercising/exhaustion, so limit it. The symptoms you mentioned are most likely due to multiple nutritional deficiencies, and thus you need to have a regular diet. If any family members of yours are facing the similar complaints kindly get checked at your nearby hospital .
Next Steps
Get a thorough blood examination done, including Complete Blood Count, your thyroid hormone levels, Vitamin-B12 levels and Serum iron profile.
Health Tips
Avoid over work. Eat on regular intervals. Have adequate Sleep

Please get a complete blood countthyroid profile,  random blood sugar,  serum vit. B12, calcium, vit. D3 , serum proteins, done and share results. Do you feel abnormal sensation s like tingling, etc, apart from pain in back? For pain, take tab flexon m.r. one every 8 hours for 4 to 5 days after meals. Avoid bending from back, sit with back  straight  and well supported, sleep on a bit hard bed. To know the cause for pain, you can go for a C.T Scan of lumbosacral spine. For weakness, take protein supplements like proteinule powder 2 times daily. Syp. Maltviron 5m.l. morning and evening. Tab antoxid one morning and one evening for 30 days. Take more of fresh green vegetables,  fresh fruits, nuts, sprouts, milk, curds, daily. Avoid fatty, sugary, heavy, meals, excess tea or coffee. Drink more water. Do some regular  physical exercise like brisk walking, light jogging,  yoga, swimming, as per your convenience and stamina. Consult on phone for further guidance.

Hello, Your symptoms of generalized body weakness, persistent body/back pain, frequent dizziness, headaches, cold-like symptoms, and ongoing tiredness with poor concentration point towards a multifactorial cause rather than a single illness. Common possibilities include: Nutritional deficiencies (Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron/Anemia). Thyroid dysfunction. Post-viral fatigue / chronic sinus or allergy-related issues. Lifestyle factors – poor sleep, stress, irregular meals. Less commonly, systemic conditions (autoimmune, neurological, or infections). What you should do: Get baseline tests: CBC, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid profile, Blood sugar, LFT, KFT, ESR/CRP. Consult a general physician / internal medicine specialist to review your reports and guide further evaluation. Maintain adequate hydration, balanced protein-rich diet, proper sleep, and regular light exercise. Avoid self-medicating painkillers regularly without supervision. ⚠️ Since these symptoms are persistent and interfering with daily activities, a detailed medical evaluation is strongly advised rather than only symptomatic treatment. You may book a consultation with me on Practo for a personalised review of your history and reports, and guidance on further management. Alternatively, for quicker coordination, you may message me directly – Ninety Eight Three One Four Six Seven One Eight Two (WhatsApp). Regards, Dr. Romain Rajan
