Generalized anxiety disorder
Hello doctor I am on escitalopram 10mg in morning and escitalopram 5mg in night & propranolol 15 mg at night and I am absolutely ok with these medicines my anxiety is in full control. I tapper down clonazepam 0.25mg to 0 mg in 4 weeks and and started taken melatonin 3mg prolonged release ,can I take melatonin 3mg for 1 year along with escitalopram?

Hello Dear, Mental health problems can arise due to multiple factors in personal, professional and social life. If you sleep issues are resolved.. you can stop melatonin. Add some physical activity and relaxation techniques in your daily schedule for better longevity

  We can take it but if anxiety and stress  is reducing melatonin and escitalopram should be gradually decreased.
