First of all your BMI is high, you need strict weight reduction, start taking low fat high protein diet, avoid spicy foods, avoid stress, avoid caffeine, take frequent smaller meals followed by daily exercise for atleast an hour. I would like to know how long you had been taking the rabeloc and how frequently you are using, this I require inorder to change the plan of management.

you need an upper Gastro intestinal endoscopy as well to see is there any inflammatory changes going on in the esophagus and to rule other causes as well. second you need to undergo a esophageal oh study as well

• Avoid oily fried and spicy food
• avoid lemon orange tamarind
• Avoid carbonated beverages
• Avoid chocolate coffee tea peppermint
• Avoid cabbage cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating
• donot lie immediately after having food
• sit atleast 1 hour after food
• have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion
• have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals
• lie on left side while sleeping
• keep your head end elevated while sleeping
• Get endoscopy test with rut for h pylori
